Whitehorse Northern Lights Getaway 
4 day / 3 nights

The aurora borealis, or northern lights, are an elusive and magnificent wonder of nature and an absolute must see. Our Northern Lights Centre, located just outside of the city’s lights, provides an amazing opportunity to view and photograph the aurora.

Travel Itinerary:

Day 01 - Arrive Whitehorse
Transfer to hotel, afternoon and early evening free to explore the city’s museums, café’s and galleries.

Day 02 - Whitehorse
Day free to sleep in and enjoy optional winter activities. At 9:30pm, you’ll be met by your tour guide and transferred to the Northern Lights Centre.

Day 03 - Whitehorse
Day free to sleep in and enjoy optional winter activities. Aurora viewing tour departs once again at 9:30. Approximate return time is 1-2:00am.

Day 04 - Whitehorse
Transfer to airport. End.

  • 3rd night Aurora viewing - $125.00 CAD net per person
  • Upgrade to an Executive Suite (includes Jaccuzzi-tub) – add $100 CAD net per person (based on double occupancy)

Feb. 13-15 Frostbite Music Festival - great music from across the Yukon and around the world.  Featuring a kids festival and a youth stage.

Feb. 20-22 Yukon Sourdough Rendezvous Festival - The Yukon's biggest winter carnival.  Lots of fun for Cheechakos and Sourdoughs alike!

April 18-26 Celebration of Swans - celebrate the coming of spring by the return of thousands of trumpeter swans, snowgeese and other waterfowl.
